WHY THIS BLOG

I'm a farmer and an organic country inn owner, I have a blog Valle Nuova where I share recipes, photos and information about Le Marche, Italy.

After a few years publishing the blog I realized that many people could think that I do not have a life offseason.. :) I live alone and I love to cook, so I decided to start a new blog with my recipes, most of them fast yet yummy, perfect if you don't have much time but you don't want to eat frozen or packaged food.

There will also be space for the occasional splurge and recipes for simple dinner parties.
